Description
- To manage a team of field sellers and lead them to develop a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Gas Stations,
Convenience, and Kiosks accounts in a given geographical area through active selling and the implementation of
agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans.
- Coverage of defined database both personal and team.
Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.
- Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the region: store coverage, distribution, additional store placements,
cashier coolers, Perfect Store, etc
- Build great relationships in defined region by providing first class customers service and engagement.
- Implementing the promotions according to the agreed conditions in the store from the first day.
**Requirements**:
- Min. 3 years experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG
- Previous successful experience leading field sales teams.
- Clear understanding of Off Premise channel.
- High negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel.
