Come help us build the future of Web3 and digital ownership.About The Opportunity ️We are seeking a KYB Operations Analyst to build upon our focus on compliance, by upholding our processes around customer onboarding, remediation and due diligence.In this role, you'll conduct due diligence on new and existing MoonPay customers, while also acting as a subject matter expert that owns processes and drives improvements in your space.
Your ultimate goal is to ensure customers are onboarded and engaging with MoonPay products in a compliant manner.This role follows a Wednesday through Sunday work schedule.What you will doConduct thorough KYB reviews for MoonPay partners, which includes information gathering, documentation verification,



and risk assessment in alignment with MoonPay policiesAnalyze corporate structures to identify beneficial owners and ensure regulatory complianceConduct adverse media screenings to identify and assess potential risksPerform business analysis reviews to evaluate partner's products and ensure compliance with internal guidelinesMeet performance KPIs including QA and productivityPartner with Compliance, Legal and Enterprise Sales teams to manage and resolve escalations effectivelyDevelop and maintain effective operational processes, workflows, and documentation for KYB proceduresIdentify and provide solutions for operational opportunities, with feedback and data to support your recommendationsServe as a subject matter (domain) expert on KYB; act as an escalation point for other customer-facing teamsAssist with KYC onboardings and conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) as necessaryOn occasion, complete assigned project work and train teammates and/or BPO partnersAbout YouThe right candidate for this role is meticulous, thorough, and self-driven.
You are detail oriented and have a desire to continuously improve operational processes.
You are passionate about expanding access to the world of crypto and Web3 while also ensuring it is safe and compliant.
You learn quickly on the job and are open to growing your operational skill set.
You are proactive in your research and understanding of emerging technologies in the web3 space and are able to act as a subject matter expert for your colleagues.What you will need1+ hands-on experience in corporate onboardings, demonstrating expertise in KYC/AML RegulationsExperience working in fintech, web3, cryptoKnowledge of emerging web3 technologies and trendsStrong research and analytical skillsClear, succinct oral and written communicationMost importantly, though, you will embody the core principles that everyone here at the MoonPay lives by.
