)Provide the trainings, guidance and decision making for the teamExplore advance technology & methodology to strengthen process and product quality controlLead the task force teams to overcome the challenge from product, material and processProvide the quality engineering service to satisfy the customer.In depth knowledge of ISO and IPC standards and processesKnowledge of software and its use in generating reports capturing and presenting data in an understandable format In depth knowledge of product and manufacturing processesStrong knowledge and understanding of the business unit and how decisions impact customer satisfaction product quality ,on-time delivery and profitability of the unitStrong knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, PMP, SPC, 8D methodology, etc.Strong knowledge of Six sigma and Lean Kaizen.Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customersPhysical DemandsSitting/standing,
