FIRST ELECTRICAL OFFICER | SEMISUBMERSIBLE | INTERNATIONAL OFFSHORE EXPERIENCE | MEXICOWe8re currently looking for an experienced First Electrical Officer for an offshore semisubmersible operation in Mexico.We are looking for a professional with solid international offshore experience, particularly someone who has worked in demanding offshore environments such as the North Sea, UK Continental Shelf (UKCS), Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS), or other international offshore markets.THE ROLEThe position is responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance and operation of electrical and electronic systems onboard, including:Preventive and corrective maintenanceElectrical and electronic equipmentNavigation, automation and control systemsTroubleshooting and technical supportMaintenance planning and executionCoordination of contractors and technical resourcesSpare parts and maintenance requirementsCompliance with HSE and offshore operational standardsDegree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics,



Marine Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of offshore experience as an Electrical/Electronics Officer or equivalent positionExperience onboard semisubmersibles, offshore drilling units, DP vessels or similar offshore assetsStrong electrical/electronic maintenance background in a marine or offshore environmentInternational offshore experience is highly valuedExperience in the North Sea, UKCS or NCS is a strong advantageExperience working with international offshore standards and multicultural crewsIntermediate English or higherWe are specifically interested in professionals who have operated in different offshore markets and environments and can bring practical experience, technical standards and best practices acquired internationally.If your offshore career has taken you beyond a single market — particularly across the North Sea or other international offshore regions — and you are interested in an opportunity in Mexico, We would be very interested in connecting with you.
