Position OverviewThe Maintenance Supervisor leads frontline mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring maximum equipment availability through effective execution of preventive, corrective, and improvement actions.
This role supervises technicians, responds to equipment breakdowns, and maintains safety and 5S standards across the maintenance workshop and site infrastructure.Primary ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipSupervise, mentor, and coordinate Maintenance TechniciansEnsure safe work practices and high-quality executionCorrective & Preventive MaintenanceLead troubleshooting and resolution of equipment breakdowns to minimize downtimeOversee execution of Preventive Maintenance work orders to ensure compliance with technical standardsContinuous ImprovementIdentify and implement small-scale engineering improvements to enhance equipment reliability and safetyTechnical SupportServe as escalation point for complex mechanical issuesProvide hands‐on technical guidance to maintenance teamContractor & Shop ManagementProvide technical oversight of mechanical contractorsMaintain organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards in workshop and utility areasSafety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to LOTO, work permits, and EHS policiesPromote safe execution of all maintenance activitiesMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics,



or related Engineering field3+ years of experience in supervisory industrial maintenanceStrong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical power transmission (gearboxes, pumps, motors)Proven experience with LOTO and high-risk work permitsStrong leadership, urgency, problem-solving, and communication skillsIntermediate English (technical reading and participation in meetings)Preferred RequirementsSAP PM experience (work orders, maintenance workflows, history analysis)Experience implementing 5S systems in maintenance environmentsProject experience in equipment installation and commissioningBasic knowledge of predictive maintenance (vibration analysis, thermography)Familiarity with TPM and Root Cause Analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone)#LI-OA1H.B.
