Serving as a key liaison across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams, the successful candidate will ensure that project milestones are met on‐time, within scope, and within budget—while maintaining quality and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage project scope, objectives, and timelinesAllocate and track resources—human, technological, and financialUtilize project planning tools (Gantt charts, KPIs, reporting)Oversee cross‐functional teams and mentor project staffCoordinate prototype builds, validation,
and production launchesIdentify and mitigate project risks and performance issuesEnsure adherence to ISO quality and manufacturing standardsDrive cost‐saving and efficiency‐improvement initiativesMaintain transparent communication with all stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related3–5 years of experience leading engineering or NPI/NPD projectsStrong skills in project management (budget, schedule, scope)Understanding of electrical processes, metals, molding, and LeanProficient in reading engineering drawings and part cost estimationFamiliarity with financial analysis (P&L;)Advanced English proficiencyExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem‐solving skillsPreferred ExperienceProficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD toolsKnowledge of ISO systems and Lean manufacturing conceptsPrior exposure to electrical infrastructure or digital systems projectsWhy Join?
