We are looking for a Payroll Analyst with experience managing payroll for both salaried and unionized employees .
Position based in QueretaroRequirements:- Experience with weekly, biweekly, and special payrolls- Knowledge of employee benefits and above-the-law benefits (saving fund, bonus, medical insurance, etc)- Understanding of labor relations and payroll compliance- Advanced English (written and spoken) is A MUST.
- SAP experience is required- ADP experience is a plus- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, advanced knowledge in EXCEL (pivots, reports, etc)We offer: Competitive salary and benefits above the lawHealthy work environment and life-work balance
