Business Development
- Lead front-end business development in local energy storage market
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, including energy storage projects, partnerships with local stakeholders, and market expansion initiatives2.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of trends, policies, and the competitive landscape in local energy storage, IPP, EPC, and equipment markets
- Provide actionable insights to inform company market strategy3.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including IPPs, EPC contractors, local governments, and power grid companies
- Drive project cooperation and achieve business targets4.
Project Development
- Manage the full project development process from opportunity identification, preliminary discussions, solution alignment, to contract negotiation and signing
- Ensure smooth and timely project execution5.
Internal Coordination




- Coordinate internal resources (technical, product, legal, etc.) to support client communication and project execution
- Resolve issues arising during business development and project promotionQualifications
- Language: Fluent in Español and English with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales or business development within the energy sector; experience in energy storage, IPP, EPC, or energy equipment companies preferred
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with local energy policies, power market regulations, and energy storage value chain; deep understanding of local market demand and project operation models
- Skills & Attributes: Proactive, market-sensitive, strong problem-solving ability, able to work independently under pressure, with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
