We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America.What your day-to-day will look like:Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer systemUpdate account managers on problem loads and what actions have been takenMonitor daily carrier manifest and aging reportsValidate all load data prior to marking loads delivered, for accounting purposesInvestigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete appropriate documentationAudit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contractsInvestigate any errors on freight bills such as duplicate carrier billingFacilitate and improve the efficiency of the routing of freight bills and billing cycle timeDoes this sound like you?
