We're hiring: Senior Google Ads Strategist at HyreDayHyreDay is looking for a Senior Google Ads Strategist to lead a portfolio of growth-focused clients for a boutique Google Ads agency.
You'll focus on strategy, client relationships, and data-driven decision-making while partnering with an Ads Manager who handles in-platform execution.
This is a remote, senior-level agency role reporting to the CEO.
?Location: Remote (LATAM)?Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm EST USA time.
40 hours per week.
Weekends off?Requirements:- English: C1–C2 required.
- 6+ years managing Google Ads.What you'll do:- Own Google Ads performance for a portfolio of high-value clients, aligning strategy with business goals and growth objectives.
- Diagnose underlying performance issues and design data-driven strategies and structured experiments to improve outcomes.
- Lead client meetings, translate complex Ads concepts into clear business recommendations, and deliver proactive updates and reports.




- Anticipate risks, communicate solutions early, and build long-term client trust through clear, proactive communication.We're looking for someone who:- C1-C2 English level spoken and written.
- Located in LATAM.
- Has 6+ years managing Google Ads at a high level within a US/UK/AUS agency and deep expertise across Search, Shopping, and PMax.
- Thinks beyond optimizations to align Ads strategy with business metrics like profitability and CAC.
- Communicates clearly with business owners and marketing leaders and takes ownership of outcomes.
