Responsibilities- Manage the operational safety, availability and reliability of the plant physical assets- Oversee the development, implementation and management of documented reliability and asset integrity strategies- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Site Management System (ISO ****, ISO *****, *****, PSM, SARI, NSF, KOSHER, etc.)- Manage the budget allocated to the Reliability and Asset Integrity team- Manage the personnel in the Reliability & Asset Integrity team- Support the planning team to keep the SAP database updated- Oversee the development, implementation and management of reliability-based maintenance and inspection programs- Drive the use of Proactive (Predictive and Preventive)



Maintenance techniques- Identify the reliability and asset integrity activities that must be performed by external contractors- Lead and promote the drive for continuous improvement- Manage reliability and asset integrity performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Availability, Risk of Failure)Requirements- Mechanical, Integrity, Reliability or related Engineering- Minimum 12 years in maintenance, reliability or integrity of assets in the chemical or petrochemical industry- Good working knowledge of API, ASME, NFPA, ISO *****, ASTM, ISO **** standards- Experience with failure analysis, RCM, FMEA, RCA- Good working knowledge of maintenance management software (SAP PM) and data analysis (Power BI, advanced Excel) tools- Good working knowledge of reliability and mechanical integrity software- Good working knowledge of predictive techniques: vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound- Language: English-B1#J-*****-Ljbffr
