We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer join Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics.

The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.In your day to day activities, you'll have the opportunity to work with multiple customers, as a consultant and trusted partner in Sandalwood's areas of expertise of Injury Prevention, Systems Engineering & Systems Integration.
You'll help customers innovate, solve their current struggles and guide them with the power of Sandalwood's deeply ingrained subject matter expertise.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certificationAssess processes, take measurements and interpret dataDesign, run, test and upgrade systems and processesDevelop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of outputProvide process documentation and operating instructions+ 1 Years' Experience in manufacturingAutomotive customer portals knowledgeExperience in Automotive industry companyEnglish Advance,



fluent written and spoken technical EnglishStrong knowledge on problem resolution techniques in the automotive industry (5Why's, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, etc.Basic knowledge on PPAP processesOrganizational and planning skillsStrong communication skills to interact with different level of members within the organizationTeamwork, proactive, with sense of urgency & customer service attitude to drive customer satisfaction (internal & external)Working under pressure and time availabilityStrong negotiation skills to drive timing targetsThe ability to report project status accurately and in timely fashion to manager level managementTasks assigned / Work priorities:Meet Program Deliverables on time and scheduleProvide regular (daily, weekly, etc.) Tracking Status to the designated Team LeaderAttend designated meetings to provide status reportsCapture and register for all tryouts, runoffs and quality impacts for the project implementations and engineering updates/upgrades.Manage within master timing charts, with corrective actions and recovery plans identified where needed.Support to the production line for all tryouts runs and installation periods.Shipping process for machine tryout parts to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
