We are looking for a Manager, NoLA Payroll.
What Will You Do?
As the North LATAM Payroll Manager, you will lead payroll operations across Mexico,



Costa Rica, and Peru, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery in alignment with Johnson Controls' integral standards.
You will drive operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement while partnering with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
How Will You Do It?
Payroll Operations Delivery Oversee end-to-end payroll processing using Workday, PeopleNet, UKG and Softland.
Manage payroll cycles, validations, reconciliations, and approvals.
Ensure accurate processing of earnings, deductions, and statutory requirements.
