We are looking for a Technical Lead with solid experience in IT services consulting, focused on technical and operational delivery management.
This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and serving as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
The Technical Lead will ensure that all commitments are met efficiently, in alignment with quality standards, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement practices.Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical teams (consultants, engineers, developers, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and service processes agreed upon with the client.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams to address technical and operational issues.
- Coordinate the implementation of improvements across processes, workflows, and tools.
- Monitor team performance, provide ongoing feedback, and implement action plans as needed.
- Participate in change advisory boards, service reviews, or internal audits related to the project/account.
- Ensure effective use of corporate tools and adherence to governance frameworks (e.G., ITIL, ISO).




- Identify risks in service delivery and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement culture within the team.Requirements and Competencies:- Proven experience leading technical teams in IT services or managed services environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- General understanding of service delivery processes, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (depending on client/project needs).
