We're Hiring: Senior Tech Recruiter | Remote – MexicoAt One Call, we're looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and help us identify and attract top technology talent across Mexico.Remote – Mexico onlyCandidates must currently reside in Mexico100% RemoteWhat we're looking for:4+ years of experience in Technology Recruiting / Talent AcquisitionProven experience recruiting technical profiles, such as Software Engineers, Developers, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Infrastructure, and other IT rolesStrong experience with end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer managementStrong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to talent identificationExperience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channelsComfortable working in a remote and fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining a high level of candidate experienceEnglish proficiency – comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders in EnglishHighly organized, self-driven, and results-orientedA genuine interest in technology, talent,



and continuous learningWhat you'll do:Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define effective recruiting strategiesProactively source and engage qualified technology professionalsConduct candidate screening and assess technical experience, motivation, and overall fitManage multiple positions throughout the recruitment processBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelinesCoordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experienceProvide regular pipeline updates and recruiting insights to stakeholdersContribute to improving sourcing strategies, processes, and recruiting initiativesWhy join us?
