and drive continuous improvementFoster a positive team environment focused on engagement and retentionWhat we're looking forExperience in Content Moderation / Trust & Safety / Content Review environmentsPrevious experience as Team Leader or Supervisor Internal or General Use o Senior Content Moderator (with mentoring responsibilities).
