Monitor assigned accounts and identify outstanding debtsContact customers to follow up on past-due balancesDevelop action plans to recover paymentsNegotiate payment plans and resolve discrepanciesPerform account reconciliations and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with Credit and Customer Service teamsManage key customer portfolios and ensure healthy aging metricsWhat are we looking for?
