Job Description The ESH Specialist supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements, corporate standards, and management systems.
The role is responsible for promoting a safe and healthy workplace, minimizing environmental impact, supporting audits and inspections, and driving a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
The position also supports the implementation of ISO ***** and ISO ***** management systems.
Key Responsibilities Environmental Management Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
Monitor waste management, hazardous materials handling, emissions, and resource consumption.
Coordinate environmental improvement initiatives focused on sustainability and resource efficiency.
Support environmental audits and inspections.
Management Systems Support implementation and maintenance of ISO *****, ISO *****, and ISO ***** Management Systems.
Maintain ESH documentation, procedures, records, and compliance evidence.
Track ESH objectives, targets, and KPI performance.
Participate in internal and external audits and support closure of findings.
Implementation operational control considering the positions KPI ́s.
Implementation of programs to improve environmental, energy, and sustainability indicators Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in:



Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline Advanced English Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ESH, Safety and Environmental Management Managing ESH legal compliance and audits In automotive manufacturing (desirable) Knowledge: ISO ***** Environmental Management Systems ISO ***** Occupational Health Safety Management Systems Mexican EHS regulations (STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, Protección Civil) Risk assessment methodologies Incident investigation techniques (5 Why, Ishikawa, RCA) Hazardous waste management Emergency response planning Environmental sustainability initiatives Customer requirements Desirable certifications: ISO ***** Internal Auditor ISO ***** Internal Auditor Emergency Response Certification Environmental Compliance Certification Additional Information At AUMOVIO we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
