Deseable certificaciones relacionadas con procesos de manufactura, calidad o Lean Manufacturing.
3 a 5 años de experiencia en manufactura de composites.
Experiencia supervisando personal experiencia en porcesos NADCAP Conocimiento práctico en: Lay-up manual y automatizado.
Vacuum bagging.
Curado en horno o autoclave.
Bonding y ensamblaje de componentes compuestos.
Reparaciones de composites.
Interpretación de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
Lectura de instrucciones de trabajo y procedimientos.
Control de procesos especiales.
Conocimiento de defectos típicos: Delaminación.
Porosidad.
Arrugas.
Inclusiones.
FOD (Foreign Object Debris).
Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree.
5 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose : Supervision of assigned personnel (Inspectors of Quality).
Responsible of the definition and implementation of the Quality strategy at SBU leven assuring the correct coverage and coordination of assigned activities.Responsible to provide Support to the opertion Departments.Front‐line Supervision and Multicell leader.Support of multi‐cell projects/initiatives.
