3-5 years of experience in corporate IT support.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
Experience supporting hardware, software, computers, and mobile devices.
Advanced English proficiency.
Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
Technical Skills Windows ***** Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune Basic networking and VPN support Zebra printers and peripherals Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
