The role combines investigative work with data analysis to uncover loopholes, exploit patterns, and weaknesses across offers, promotions, and incentive systems.
Working closely with the team will be responsible for the development of automated fraud controls, contributes to continuous process improvement,



and provides insights that strengthen proactive fraud prevention and reduces company losses.What you will work onInvestigate ad hoc alerts, anomalies, and suspicious activity flagged by the Detection team or internal systemsIdentify and assess potential breaches or exploitable gaps in offers, promotions, and incentive structuresAnalyze fraud-related data to detect organized fraud activity, shared device usage, or suspicious behavioral patternsSupport the design, testing, and refinement of automated fraud detection and prevention rulesEscalate complex or high-risk cases to the Fraud Prevention Lead, providing detailed evidence and recommendationsDocument investigation outcomes and share analytical insights to enhance team knowledge and future prevention strategiesCollaborate with Product, Risk, and Customer Operations teams to communicate prevention strategies and mitigate emerging threatsWhat you bring1–3 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, compliance, or a related analytical role.
Experience analyzing fraud patterns or customer behavior in LATAM i-gaming markets is a strong advantageProven ability to investigate, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data accuratelyStrong attention to detail, critical thinking,



and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearlyFluency in English is required (written & verbal)Experience or familiarity with LATAM markets (especially Brazil & Mexico) is a strong advantageSolid understanding of fraud prevention tools, systems, and best practicesProficiency in data handling and reporting (Excel, BI tools, SQL knowledge is a plus)Strong analytical mindset and pattern recognition skillsHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountabilityAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional teamWhat we offerWe truly value our people atNovibet!
