Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.2.
2+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the interconnect, electronics, or low mix/high-volume sectors.3.
Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing processes (DFM, Six sigma, Lean, etc).4.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.5.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and technical curiosity.6.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.7.
English proficiency (written and verbal) required.8.

Support NPI project activities from concept through pilot and production release.2.
Assist in the execution and documentation of product testing, validation, and reliability analysis.3.
Assist in the development of product documentation, including BOM's, Work instructions, routing, PFMEA,



control plans and product history record.4.
Work with ERP systems to ensure proper setup of part numbers, structures and production data.5.
