- Maintain the quality of the products adhering to the standards of the clients and ISO.
- Collaborate in the implementation of new projects and the execution of all manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in the Manufacturing area.
- Provide information on the status of production programs.
- Provide support and guidance to your work team in order to solve the problems that arise during the shift.
- Train department staff in roles and responsibilities regarding global logistics strategies.
- Assessing project and resource requirements- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met- Determining quality control standards- Overseeing production processes- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment- Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff- Supervising the work of junior staff.
