**:- Full responsible for shift supervisors' team to achieve maximum production, quality, and best cost.
- Assist in selection, training, and placement of qualified employees to provide an adequate flow of applicants to meet hiring standards.
- Represents plant personnel on safety issues and programs and keeps management informed of plant conditions regarding safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
- Complies with all personnel policies and procedure as set by company standards and regulations.
- Monitors compliance and consistent of job quality standards to ensure first quality production.
- Monitors compliance to preventive maintenance requires on machines, conveyors, reports damages, and reports losses due to negligence and noncompliance.
- Trains new unit personnel as required.
- Communicates for basic alignment with planning.




- Performs these and other duties as assigned.
**What will make you**successful**:**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar.
**Language**:- English- Overall / Fluent (is a must)**Experience and**Aptitudes**:- Strong leader who can motivate people.Is a must- High energy, proactive attitude.Is a must- Lean knowledge +- Strong analytical skills- Strong communication (oral, written, listening) skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.
- Computer skills- Excellent organization skills and able to multitask on different projects and adaptable to change.
- Strong negotiation skills- Availability to travel (valid Passport and US Visa desirable)
