**TITLE: Intern Global Quality Documentation SA****GRADE**:**REPORTS TO: Quality Documentation Lead LATAM****LOCATION: Guadalajara, Mexico**The Intern Global Quality Documentation oversees the support of the Ingredion website and, to do so, must create documents and look for product information.
**As an Intern Integral Quality Documentation, your responsibilities will include**:- Working collaboratively with technical, manufacturing, quality, and customer support groups to complete/develop product standard documentation.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing sites.
- Collaborating with other members of the Quality team to maintain, update the website.
- Organizing and maintaining all quality documentation and standard letters.

- Excellent time management skills: ability to handle multiple requests/assignments at a time and complete assigned requests accurately and on a timely basis.
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphics, and data base software.

- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
