**Legal Intake Specialist - On-Site**1Click Contact Center | Tijuana, B.C.**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 7:55 am-5:00 pm (weekends off)**Pay**: $4,****** MXN weekly + $1,300 MXN punctuality/attendance bonus = **$5,******** MXN before taxes**Commissions**:$4,500**up to **$10,000 MXN** monthly before taxes**Requirements -**- 2+ years call center experience (support or sales)- Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing, listening comprehension)- Knowledge of U.S. culture & U.S. military- Strong telesales and communication skills- Must work on-site, full schedule- Complete Mexican work documents: INE, birth certificate, RFC, CURP, recent utility bill, updated Constancia Fiscal (SAT)- Pass in-house interview- Previous legal intake experience in a call center environment is a plus.
