**Job Requirements**:- Tracking and reporting of quality metrics such as KPIs.
- Monitoring product life cycle processes and products for adherence to company and regulatory standards and practices; monitoring the effectiveness of quality processes and tools.
- Participating in planning and estimating quality support requirements for new products, functions, and components.
- Recommending modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality; working with product developers to resolve non-compliance issues.
**What your background should look like**:**Responsibilities**Identify the key process basing on quality control and assure process quality.Lead and participate with Product and Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians in the resolution of issues using failure analysis (Ishikawa, 5 Why, 8D).
Support roll-out and execution of standard tools: tolerance analysis, FMEA, CONTROL PLANS, MSA, Capability studies, QIP, FAI, PPAP,
