**Position Overview**:For our Transformation Services, we are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Consultant who will lead strategic initiatives to analyze, optimize, and digitalize business processes.This role requires a proven track record in digital transformation, process excellence, and project management methodologies.
**Responsibilities**:- Lead the identification and implementation of digital transformation opportunities through comprehensive process analysis, business case development, and ROI assessment- Design and execute process optimization strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation including process maps, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks- Manage cross-functional project teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)



to deliver process improvements and technology implementations- Facilitate process optimization workshops with stakeholders across all organizational levels- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and project success- Drive innovative initiatives and create a culture of continuous improvement**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 5 years of experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or technology implementation projects- Desirable certification in project management methodologies and agile frameworks.
