**Experience**:- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience- Work experience in a freight forwarding company (preferable)- Strong customer service and communication skills- Experience with CargoWise (preferable)- Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)- Detail-oriented and well-organized- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
