**Key Responsibilities****What You'll Do**As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll:- Respond to inquiries related to insurance policies and coverage- Resolve moderately complex issues with empathy and professionalism- Interpret policy details and make informed decisions within defined authority limits- Communicate across multiple platforms while navigating internal systems- Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases when needed- Collaborate with departments like Claims, Underwriting,
