****Requirements**:- 7-10 years of full stack development experience- 7-10 years of PHP experience- 7-10 years of MySQL experience- 3+ years Wordpress experience preferred- Advanced English language skills**Additional Requirements & Work Approach**:- During the training period, **screen sharing will be required on a regular basis**.
This helps us understand your development philosophy, problem-solving approach, and coding practices.
- After onboarding, **occasional screen sharing will continue** as part of the workflow to explain solutions, collaborate with team members, and share ideas.
- You will work closely with a **senior developer who will guide and train you**, and who will be available as a resource for support and mentorship.
