**Role Purpose**Provide technical support throughout the warranty investigation process, ensuring accurate analysis of returned parts and supporting root cause identification to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**- Support warranty part analysis processes and methodologies- Perform investigation of returned warranty parts- Assist in root cause analysis and determination of liability- Analyze warranty data and track key performance indicators (KPIs)- Maintain and update warranty databases- Coordinate follow-up actions and register activities in CRM systems- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve quality issuesEnsure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements**Requirements**:- Technical degree or related field- Experience in quality, warranty analysis, or similar roles- Knowledge of quality tools and root cause analysis- Familiarity with automotive standards (preferred)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Customer-oriented mindset- Effective communication skills**Why Join Us?
