**Sales Support Coordinator****Location**: Querétaro, Mexico**Job Type**: Full-Time**Company**: All Freight Trucking Inc.All Freight Trucking Inc. is a California-based transportation and warehousing company with operations in Riverside and San Leandro, supported by a back-office team in Querétaro.We are looking for a highly organized Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help keep opportunities moving forward.This role focuses on execution, follow-up, and coordination.You will work closely with sales representatives to manage pipeline activity, ensure timely updates, and support day-to-day tasks so deals do not stall.
**Responsibilities**:- Support sales reps with follow-ups, scheduling, and internal coordination- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, including next steps, timelines, and communication history- Proactively follow up to ensure all opportunities are progressing- Assist with customer and prospect communication for scheduling and information gathering- Support preparation of quotes,



rate sheets, and basic proposals- Maintain accurate and organized records for all accounts- Coordinate onboarding of new customers and align internally for smooth startup- Prepare weekly pipeline summaries and highlight pending actions or risks- Prepare and lead bi-weekly sales meeting**Requirements**:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent follow-up and task management ability- Proficiency in Excel and data tracking- Experience with CRM systems or similar tools preferred- Strong English communication skills indispensable- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environmentWe are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable keeping others accountable to ensure consistent progress.Sueldo: $18,****** - $22,****** al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
