The Program Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs for the organization.You will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget and also act as a liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders.General Responsibilities - Oversees all aspects of assigned programs throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints - Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational/operational objectives - Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance - May oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached - Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved - Resolve projects' higher scope issues - Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiative - Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives - Identify, analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks,



and produce program reports for management and stakeholders Experience / Qualifications - A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
