**Role**We are seeking a Beverage Manager to join our Food and Beverage team in the Dominican Republic.In this role, you will design and oversee the resort's beverage programme, ensuring world-class offerings across all outlets.You will combine creativity, leadership, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial performance.
**Responsibilities**- Develop and manage the resort's beverage programme, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options- Lead, train, and mentor bartenders, sommeliers, and beverage colleagues to uphold luxury service standards- Curate personalised guest experiences such as tastings, pairings, and special events- Oversee inventory, procurement, and supplier partnerships while ensuring cost control and efficiency- Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative food and beverage pairings- Ensure compliance with health, safety,
