Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Summarize and evaluate unconstrained and constrained demand inputs for supply and capacity planning models and processes- Generate and manage models to drive capacity/supply planning decisions and manufacturing and sourcing capacity allocations- Work with Sourcing, Industrial Engineering and Master Data teams to create and maintain up-to-date capacity models- Develop and test capacity models and what-if analysis- Maintain capacity models to support production schedules in collaboration with Planners, Buyers and Schedulers- Proactively measure and identify capacity gaps and provide options to mitigate, manage and improve.Create and drive remediation plans.Track, report and manage use of allocated capacity and available supply- Team up with Industrial Engineering and Sourcing teams to ensure sufficient capacity is available on time to cover demand requirements- Collaborate with Supply and Demand Planning teams to support efficient use of capacity to enable attainable production schedules- Work to resolve labor, material shortages, backlog, and potential schedule interruptions- Ensure provided capacity is used to develop executable master production schedules in accordance with demand needs and inventory guidelines- Conduct extensive analysis to optimize capacity and supply plans, assessing and documenting risks, and recommending tradeoffs and solutions- Use predictive analytics, linear programing, machine learning, and AI to identify optimization opportunities,
