- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and workflows.
- Define equipment maintenance requirements and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in PFMEA and control plan development for new products.
- Write and update work instructions, specifications, and procedures.
- Analyze and design equipment layouts and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure effective tooling and product design.




- Respond to customer requests regarding product specifications and design changes.The experience we're looking to add to our team:- Advanced English- Typically requires a bachelor's degree- Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
- Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.
- Responsible for developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.

- Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment and facilities.
