**About the Job**:Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in immigration legal services, is seeking a **Payoff Supervisor / Payoff Specialist** to manage payoff strategies and drive conversion of accounts into early settlements.This role focuses on financial analysis, negotiation, and accurate execution of payoff agreements while maintaining strict compliance with company guidelines.
**Primary Responsibilities****Portfolio & Account Management**:- Review assigned accounts daily, including payment history, balances, and billing schedules- Identify accounts eligible for payoff opportunities- Monitor account activity and follow up on active negotiations**Financial Analysis & Payoff Calculation**:- Analyze account data to determine payoff eligibility- Calculate payoff offers within approved financial thresholds- Ensure 100% accuracy in financial calculations and adjustments**Negotiation & Conversion**:- Present payoff options and explain financial terms to clients- Negotiate agreements in alignment with company guidelines- Drive payoff conversion rates and meet performance targets**Administrative Coordination & Documentation**:- Coordinate with billing teams to adjust balances and close accounts- Maintain accurate records of offers, acceptances,



and account activity- Track collected cash and escalate exceptions when needed**Operational Oversight (Supervisor Level)**:- Oversee payoff operations to ensure compliance and performance- Supervise daily team workflow and productivity- Establish and enforce payoff guidelines and thresholds- Approve complex payoff scenarios and exceptions- Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and team performance- Develop reports and dashboards to track results- Train and coach team members on negotiation and account handling**Required Qualifications**- **Experience**:- Supervisor: 2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounts Receivable leadership- Specialist: 2+ years of experience in Finance, Billing, or Accounts Receivable- **Language**:- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)- **Technical Skills**:- Advanced Microsoft Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)- **Core Competencies**:- Strong financial analysis and numerical accuracy- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to manage complex payment structures and schedules**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience with installment-based billing models- Familiarity with Workday or similar ERP systems- Experience with KPI tracking and reporting dashboards**Alternative Consideration**Sueldo: $20,****** - $28,****** al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
