**About the Position**Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in immigration legal services, is seeking a **Receivables Supervisor / Receivables Specialist** to manage the full accounts receivable lifecycle.This role is responsible for ensuring accurate billing, timely payment collection, and maintaining healthy account balances through proactive monitoring, follow-up, and process optimization.
**Primary Responsibilities****Accounts Receivable Management**:- Monitor AR aging reports daily, focusing on accounts with open invoices up to 1 year- Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation- Follow up on outstanding balances and track collection activities**Billing & Dispute Resolution**:- Resolve billing discrepancies and investigate account issues- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure resolution- Maintain accurate account records and documentation**Operational Oversight (Supervisor Level)**:- Supervise daily team operations and drive productivity- Monitor team performance and AR metrics to meet targets- Run AR review meetings and ensure adherence to billing timelines- Develop performance reports and identify process improvements- Train and coach team members**Required Qualifications**- **Experience**:- Supervisor: 1-2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable leadership- Specialist: Strong hands-on experience in AR processes (billing, collections, reconciliation)- **Language**:- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)- **Technical Skills**:- Advanced Microsoft Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)- **Core Competencies**:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- High attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience with reporting dashboards- Background in process improvement initiatives**Performance Expectations**- Improve early-stage delinquency- Maintain AR aging targets- Ensure billing accuracy and proper documentation- Drive individual and team productivity- Meet established follow-up timelines for collections**Alternative Consideration**Sueldo: $20,****** - $28,****** al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
