**Position Responsibilities**- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and service requests using our internal systems.
- Create and track work orders for audit findings and analyze department reports.
-**Minimum Requirements**- High School diploma or equivalent.
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.




**- 2+ years of experience in facilities, construction or building maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
- Occasionally lift / move up to 50 lbs.
