We are a small, 10-room boutique hotel in Puerto Vallarta seeking a bilingual Reservations Coordinator to manage guest bookings and communication.This is a hands-on role adecuado for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys working in a personalized, guest-focused environment.Main Responsibilities:- Manage reservations- Respond promptly to guest inquiries (mostly international travelers)- Update availability, rates and stadistics- Assist with pre-arrival communication- Coordinate with the front desk team**Requirements**:- Fluent English (written and spoken)- Experience in hotel reservations or front desk- Organized, detail-oriented, and guest-focusedWe offer a stable position in a small, friendly team with opportunities to grow.Please send your resume and a brief introduction about your experience.Pay: $20,****** - $30,****** per monthWork Location: In person
