About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Operations Associate to support our U.S.based Treasury team.This role is responsible for high-volume transaction booking, bank reconciliations, payment support, and reporting.This is an execution-focused role requiring a strong foundation in accounting principles.The position supports general ACH and wire activity and ensures all transactions are recorded accurately and reconciled timely in accordance with internal controls.This is not a general administrative role.A solid understanding of debits, credits, and bank reconciliation processes is required.

**What You'll Do**- Book ACH and wire transfers accurately in the accounting system.
- Prepare and validate payment batches prior to U.S. Treasury release.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
- Research returned wires, ACH rejects, and transaction discrepancies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for all payment activity.
- Monitor exception queues and track resolution within defined service levels.




- Support U.S.based Treasury team with operational and reporting tasks as needed.
**What We're Looking For**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting, treasury, banking, or payment operations.
- Demonstrated experience performing bank reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of debits and credits.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation work).
- Fluent English communication skills — written and verbal.
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Comfortable working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
- Reliable, organized, and disciplined in following internal controls.
**Nice-to-Have**- Experience using CitiDirect or similar global banking platforms.
- Experience supporting a U.S.based finance or treasury team.
- Exposure to ACH, wire transfers, or international payments.
- Familiarity with task management tools like Trello or similar.
