Many of them haven't heard from us in months.
Your job is to call them, build relationships, and turn them into repeat buyers.What you'll actually doCall ***** existing customers per day from a curated list.Build relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners on their next projectQuote products, answer technical questions, close ordersCross-sell across categories — a customer buying tile probably also needs grout, vanities, lightingManage your pipeline in SalesforceHit monthly revenue targets that escalate as you rampCompensation structureBase: $1,000 USD/monthCommission: Tiered, uncapped:Monthly SPIFFs: Cash bonuses for hitting revenue checkpoints throughout the month.Quarterly SPIFFs: Trip prizes (international travel) and cash bonuses for top quarterly performers.Cross-sell bonus: new cross-category customer.Your earnings depend entirely on what you sell.
