- Responsibilities: Identify defects early and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve them- Enhance QA processes, frameworks, and methodologies for efficiency and scalability- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to strengthen user centric mobile experiences- Embed quality practices early in the SDLC and ensure thorough test coverage- Design, build,



and maintain automation frameworks and scripts for iOS and Android- Support and mentor less experienced QA team members- Conduct usability testing with attention to diverse user needs- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript for automation development- Experience validating mobile, web, and backend systems in integrated environments- Knowledge of Appium and WebdriverIO- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch- Experience performing usability testing- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail- Understanding of Agile SDLC and QA methodologies- Attention to UI and UX details including layout and visual consistency- Experience working in Agile and Kanban environments- Experience collaborating with external partners or vendors- Nice to have: Experience in travel or loyalty as a service industries- Experience with accessibility testing on iOS and Android- Knowledge of Java or Kotlin
