_This is a fully on site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco_- Advanced English required_Company dedicated to providing IT & MSP companies with the tools and plans needed to grow and scale by improving Predictability With Bookkeeping Services & Solutions.We have a deep understanding of both ConnectWise and QuickBooks and can help your business gain the financial insights you need to become more profitable and efficient.
**Responsibilities**:- Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including account reconciliation, journal entries, and accruals, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, providing key insights to management for informed decision-making.
- _Oversee_ accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- _Assist_ with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of supporting schedules and reconciliations.
- Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.




- Prepare and file sales tax returns and other regulatory reports as required.About You- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Advanced english- 4+ years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proven proficiency in QuickBooks- Experience with ConnectWise is a plus.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook).
