Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThis role requires strong onsite engagement with operational teams to provide structured problem analysis, agile incident resolution, and support for new business requirements.The position plays a key role in strengthening internal capabilities and ensuring system reliability in a production environment.
**Key Responsibilities**- Provide functional and technical support for ERP modules related to Planning (MRP), Procurement, Inventory, and Materials Management.
- Partner directly with key operational users to analyze issues and clarify business requirements.
- Conduct structured root cause analysis for production-impacting incidents.
- Validate and maintain master data integrity and MRP planning parameters.
- Develop and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
- Perform system configuration adjustments and implement functional enhancements.
- Identify automation and process optimization opportunities and propose practical solutions.
- Participate in system migrations, upgrades, and deployment of new modules or functionalities.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, procedures, and system performance reports.
- Ensure ERP and related systems comply with quality standards and support internal and external audit requirements.
- Support change management initiatives related to system updates and process improvements.Experiência y requisitos**Required Technical Skills**- Intermediate to advanced SQL (complex queries,
joins, data validation).
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
- ERP module configuration and parameterization experience.
- Ability to support and understand local systems used in Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Procurement.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Experience with lightweight development, reporting automation, or scripting is desirable.
- Understanding of change management processes.
**Required Experience**- 3-6 years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise systems in a production environment.
- Proven experience in processes related to:- MRP / Production Planning- Procurement- Inventory Management- Traceability- Demonstrated experience resolving incidents in critical operational environments.
