**Job Summary**RUI is hiring **Bilingual Retention Specialists (Call Center)** with proven experience in **customer retention, or collections**.
This role is idóneo for professionals who excel at **handling objections, reducing cancellations, and driving customer loyalty** in a fast-paced **contact center environment**.
You will manage **inbound retention calls**, resolve customer concerns, and deliver effective solutions to **retain customers and meet performance goals**.
