**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage production, materials, health & safety, and quality control across the value stream- Develop and execute daily and weekly production plans- Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational targets- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies using lean principles- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory standards- Support quality assurance initiatives and drive operational improvements- Allocate resources, approve overtime, and manage work schedules- Monitor team performance and implement development plans- Facilitate internal communications and knowledge sharing- Champion change management and innovation across operations**What You Bring**:- Short-cycle tertiary education or equivalent- 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership- Strong skills in planning, organizing,
