In this BDM role you will:Own the full presales cycle — from opportunity identification to closing complex cloud, data, and AI deals, managing your pipeline in Salesforce with discipline and a results‐first mindset.Design AWS‐based solutions (EC2, S3, Sage Maker, Bedrock, Redshift, Glue) that connect technical capabilities to real business outcomes, leading conversations with CTOs, architects, and executive teams with equal credibility.Collaborate cross‐functionally to sharpen go‐to‐market execution and contribute to sales assets (case studies, battlecards, playbooks).
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‐performing team,



fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Facilitate the adoption of US cultural and technical processes within the Colombian branch and the broader NOLA region.Qualifications
