We are looking for aSupervisorto lead the Talent Management Central (TMC) Coordinators based in Mexico City.
This is a hybrid role that requires presence in the office 2 days per week, with no option for remote work.Key ResponsibilitiesDay‐to‐day management of the Talent Coordinators (TCs) in Mexico CityEnsure uptime of the TMC while managing TC workloadsContinuous process improvement in coordination with the Talent Management teamWorkflow assignment and coordination for the TCsInteraction and alignment with the TMC location in WarsawProvide hands‐on training to TCs on OW systems so they become expertsCapacity and load management of the TC team, including hiring and performance managementFlawless execution of key talent‐management processesManagement and tracking of SLAs (including redefining them as needed)Proactive process improvement and enhancementsAccurate and timely report productionSupport for the Talent Management team across the Americas and globally, participating in meetings and feedback sessionsOccasional surge support or execution of complex use cases as requiredAssist in the execution of administrative tasks and processes related to staffing, performance management and consultant talent programs (e.g.,
Flex OW)Provide analytics and reporting support for Talent ManagersStaffingSupport TM teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to the staffing system (Certinia)Create Resource Requests for upcoming projectsCheck end dates/ extensions and review writers for assignments with upcoming end datesAttend staffing meetingsGenerate and disseminate regular and ad‐hoc reportsConsultant Performance ManagementSupport execution of the year‐round performance management process for consultants by providing PMO support (key process steps, TM checklist, communication templates, etc.)Generate basic reporting on process complianceAct as system owner for the firm's proprietary performance‐management systems for consultants and carry out system testing when requiredManage the creation and distribution of system folders for annual Career Review processWork with Talent Managers to ensure project review requests are generated accurately and timelySupport Talent Managers in chasing overdue project reviewsMaintain accurate records on project review completion status and provide regular reportsSupport Talent Managers where neededAdministration of Talent Programs (e.g., Flex OW)Help manage colleague programs such as the annual MBA sponsorship process, Non‐Profit Fellowship, and Golden Passport / Mobility programMaintain the intranet page on Flex OW optionsAd Hoc Tasks and ReportingAd‐hoc analysis and reports as required by Talent ManagementCoordinate updates for TM‐related fields in our system of recordsNote that significant vacation periods are typically not possible during May, June,
